Information used for your booking

Checkout collects the purchaser’s name, email address and payment details. This website stores the name and email returned by Stripe, order references, ticket type, quantity, price, payment status, ticket codes, acceptance of ticket terms and check-in records. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the ticket database.

This information is used to process your purchase, issue and deliver tickets, handle support and refunds, check tickets at entry and prevent duplicate or fraudulent use. Necessary booking processing supports the purchase contract. Security and fraud prevention protect the event and ticket holders.

Who processes it

Stripe processes payment information. The website hosting provider stores the ticket database. Authorised event staff can access booking and check-in details. If email delivery is enabled by the organiser, the email provider, Resend, processes the recipient email and ticket confirmation to deliver your booking. Providers may process information in other countries under their own applicable safeguards.

Cookies and browser storage

The event pages do not include advertising pixels or analytics trackers. The interactive graphics run in your browser. Stripe’s checkout runs on Stripe’s own website and may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for payments and security. Links to Instagram, maps or other websites open those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Keeping and protecting information

Booking records are kept to operate the event, handle customer support and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact the organiser for the retention period that applies to your booking, or to request deletion where it is available. Access to the organiser dashboard requires authentication. Your confirmation link provides access to your tickets, so do not share it publicly.

Your choices and rights

You can contact the organiser to request access to or correction of your information, or ask about deletion, restriction, objection or portability where these rights apply. Some information may need to be retained for legal or booking purposes. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk about a data protection concern.

Buying a ticket does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list.
